Quick Check allows you to access your Bank of Essex account whenever you want. 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The service is free and the call is free - just dial 1-800-548-6818 (Essex County residents dial 445-0101).

With Quick Check, you have easy access to your:

How do I use it?
Have your account number ready (10 digit number located at the bottom of your checks, deposit slips or payment coupon). You will also need the social security number for the primary (first) person on the account.

Call 1-800-548-6818 or 804-445-0101 on a phone with touch-tone service and follow the instructions.

Enter the account number when requested.

You will then be instructed on how to establish your 4 digit personal identification number (PIN) which will become your confidential code for this and future inquiries. You choose your personalized PIN.
